Eventual complaints are handled in accordance with applicable laws (the Civil Code for Natural Persons, the Commercial Code for Legal Persons).

For all goods, the statutory warranty period is 24 months, unless stated differently for the product.

Entitlement to claim may be terminated if:

The product has been damaged during transport (Appropriate damage to the goods or its packaging must be immediately resolved with the carrier. The customer is not obliged to take over such goods from the carrier and must immediately inform the seller of the damage found).

The product has been damaged by improper installation or handling and operation inconsistent with the user manual (if there is a product).

The product was used under conditions that did not match the parameters and requirements stated in the documentation (if there is a product).

The product was damaged by the effects of the elements.

Claim Procedure:

Let us know about the complaint by phone or e-mail.

Send the goods as a recommended package to our address.

Put the reason for the claim in the consignment and attach a copy of the tax document.

We will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, but no later than within 30 days of its inception.

Withdrawal from the contract:

The buyer has, pursuant to Section 53 (6) of the Act. No. 40/1964 Coll. (civil law), the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If so decided, undamaged goods must be returned without the use of wear or tear, and must be returned back within the specified period. After returning the goods, the seller returns the corresponding amount to the customer in advance in the agreed manner. Transport costs are not refunded.
